The following detail the packages we offer and the costs for both the packages and individual services… CERTIFICATION: Full Home Bundle: • EICR on a 2 to 3 bedroom property with 1 consumer unit; • A Landlords Gas Safety Certificate for 2 gas appliances , boiler and either a free standing cooker or hob; • A 4-appliance PAT test, on a washing machine, fridge freezer, dish washer and microwave or Kettle. • Legionella Risk Assesment. £250 Gas Safety Certificate (2 Gas Appliances) and PAT Test (4 Appliances) £100 STAND ALONE CERTIFICATES COSTS: Landlords Gas Safety Certificate for 2 gas appliances , boiler and either a free standing cooker or hob. £60 Any further additional appliances will be a further £40 EICR: £150 ( this is by far the most labour intensive test and usually takes up to 3 hours for a 2 to 3 bedroom property with 1 consumer unit), Any additional consumer units or bedrooms will incur a higher charge. PAT Test (4 or 5 Appliance testing): £60 Legionella Risk Assessment: £50 Boiler Service: £60 Gas Safety Certificate and Boiler Service: £100 Gas Safety Certificate and Boiler Service and PAT Test or Legionella Risk Assessment: £140 BREAKDOWN SERVICES We offer call out services for Gas , Electrical and Plumbing emergencies. The rates are £60 for first hour to diagnose the fault and rectify if possible with no parts needed.
